One thing you probably didn't know about me
Or maybe you did know this about me.
I’m rather goal driven, at least at this stage in my life. And while a site such as 43things can be useful for the accomplishment of goals, as I’ve mentioned in the past I have found it to be a little too social . Thus, I endeavored to move away from this site .
I moved many goals away, and where I moved them to has worked well for me, but I’ve come to realize that some goals do benefit from social support, and so I’m thinking that I should go back to using 43things so that I may obtain that social support.
In order to do this and not get frustrated with the same reasons that I left, you’ll probably notice few, and odd, goals on my goal list. They’re goals I need social support on. Those are the only goals I intend to have listed here. There may be many other worthwhile goals on this site, which I will concur are worthwhile, but which I will not get involved in.
I also have little intention to be subscribed to anyone, or to read subscriptions. I don’t think I have the time. On goals which I may have in common with someone, I intend to occasionally offer supporting comments as per my understanding of the golden rule, however, little else. I’m here to accomplish my goals, not to socialize unless it helps those goals and not to do anything else along those lines.
